Sean Patrick Hopkins and I started the Banned Book Storytime series in 2025, to bring to light the wonderful children's books that have been challenged or banned in the USA.
Each month features a new story, read by Sean and accompanied by "Ralphie The Annoying Parrot" (me). Recommended for ages 5+ but all ages welcome! We perform at Cantean Coffee & Tea in Hamden, CT.
We also offer a donation based blind-date-with-a-book for kids after each performance, for a donation (50 cents or more) to the American Library Association to support their fight against book bans. Join us!
